Payday 3 is stable enough to play but your going to still need to use a third party way to communicate like Discord, Xbox Live Party, Playstation Party in order to do any form of coordinated play. Still no host/vote kick. Still no toggle from ready and it of course glitches out. Still forced to complete challenges in order to level up.

If you want the full console experience, you can buy either the big score bundle (base game + some dlc) or crimewave collection (all dlc bundle) and buy the base game separately. The heists in Payday 3 are certainly of higher quality but I feel that everything Payday 2 had on launch was better (Cleaner UI, Easier Matchmaking, More Weapons, Better Skill Tree).
