My store has given NOTHING for us to download it with except the name of the app, I can find it for androids but not IOS. I actually had the same problem with the My time app too. I talked to HR and they just said to go based off the printed schedule. Sometimes there's even signs on the printed schedule that say something like, "only refer to printed schedule not the My time app" Even though they encouraged us to use the app at my store, they can't really force us to use it.
Mytime is a DC app retrofitted to work for stores too. Its all being worked backwards from our needs. We needed a better way than for our management to go through 100+ voice-mail every morning and have 1,000 team members all requesting various vacation days so they developed this.
